Sal Picinich from "Cake Boss," who goes by Red or Bibba, stars in the TLC reality docu-series.

Red ("Cake Boss") started working for Buddy Valastro's dad in 1964 and is his most trusted employee and a major producer in the shop. He does most of the actual baking everyday alongside Joey Faugno.
