"Shipping Wars" Season 6 on A&E is a reality series that follows six independent shippers who have discovered that fortunes could be made transporting items that traditional carriers won't touch.

Each episode of "Shipping Wars" dives into the cutthroat world of these heavy-duty independent movers as they battle for the chance to transport the unshippable. The competition begins with uShip, the world's largest online marketplace for independent truckers. Every day, thousands of shipments are put up for auction. The battle is fierce as the shippers have only minutes to bid, and the lowest bidder gets the load. From oversized items and bulky packages to the truly bizarre, they will haul anything if the price is right!

The high-stakes race is on as they set out to deliver the loads in time, and any setback can cost big bucks. From rookie haulers to seasoned veterans, no shipment is too big for these professionals to handle.

Season 4

In the new season, Marc, Jarrett, Jennifer, Roy, Chris and Robbie are back, and as always, no shipment is too strange or too problematic for these professionals to handle ... but handling the new competition that is trying to break in to the bidding wars is a different story! This season, three new teams of shippers will emerge at the auctions to challenge the regulars for the available loads ... and it is definitely time to buckle up for some drama!

In the season premiere episode, after Jarrett books a load of monkeys, he learns why people say "never work with kids or animals." Marc delivers a load for a Las Vegas magician and more than his patience disappears. In the second episode, Chris and Robbie convert one of their rigs to run on vegetable oil and end up making a bet with the client- beat the tight, cross-country deadline and do it all on free grease. Roy tries to jumpstart his son Travis in the hauling business, but the cab gets cramped when Travis brings along a girlfriend and decades of baggage.

The new shipping teams that will be appearing this season include Courtney and Chelsea, Johnny, and Kourtney and Tish. Rookie movers Courtney and Chelsea may look like a pair of party girls, but their blonde hair and good looks are deceiving. The longtime friends grew up in a small country town raising livestock, working on ranches and getting their hands dirty, and they are not afraid of hard work, heavy lifting and long drives. For veteran driver Johnny, shipping is in his blood. He knew that truck driving would be his career since he was a little boy, and nearly forty years later, he is still happy behind the wheel making extremely difficult shipments. Kourtney and Tish, a self-proclaimed power couple, have only a little over a year of experience in the shipping business, but Kourtney's past as a UFC boxing champion has them ready to try to knock out the competition!

Season 5

Series veterans return this season as Jennifer takes a cross-country load of live bugs; Marc takes his daughter as an apprentice on a job moving a fleet of Volkswagen buses; Jarrett has a brush with fame when he signs up to deliver Mumford & Son's infamous Chicken Car; and fate brings Roy and his beloved cat Muffy back to Austin, Texas, where a peace-loving artist commune needs a large sculpture moved. Traveling couple Chris and Robbie also return this season along with their permanent passengers; son Carter and Golden Retriever Gix.

Season 6

Seasoned shippers Marc Springer, Jennifer Brennan and Jarret Joyce return to tackle new loads and the challenges that come with them. Joining these veterans this season are new cast members Dusty Davies, Jessica Samko and Todd & Tamera Sturgis. Shipping since age 16, Davies comes from a big trucking family and now owns one of the largest heavy hauling trucking companies in the Midwest. After breaking up with her boyfriend, Samko founded her own trucking business and is willing to haul anything she can get her hands on. Shipping power couple Todd and Tamera Sturgis have been driving trucks together for 20 years and cross the country every other week hauling whatever their dispatcher throws at them.

In the season premiere, Jarrett struggles with his toughest shipment yet when he signs on to transport a giant 40-foot plaster colon. Later this season, Jenn ships a collection of haunted dolls, while newcomer Dusty Davies lands a cross-country load involving a Soviet era MIG jet. Veteran Marc Springer battles tornado-spawning weather as he hauls a heavy load.
