Tim Key stars in "Foreign Bodies" on TNT as Greg, who is in denial about his marriage, his business and life in general. Greg's upbeat energy hides a multitude of problems.

Tim Key is an actor, writer, and performance poet who was nominated for the Malcolm Hardee Award for Comic Originality. In 2009, he was the winner of the Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best New Show for "The Slutcracker," a mix of poetry, unconventional stand-up and film. He more recently performed the show at the Soho Theatre, The Arts Theatre, the Sydney Comedy Festival and Melbourne's International Comedy Festival.

Key also appeared at the Edinburgh Festival in 2009 in Tom Basden's "Party," which won a Fringe First award. He reprised his role as Duncan in a production of the play for The Sydney Festival, and it had a London run at The Arts Theatre. It was also adapted into a four-part BBC Radio 4 series. Key's work for BBC Radio 4 also includes the critically acclaimed original comedy "All Bar Luke." Originally conceived as the stage show "Luke & Stella," which debuted in Edinburgh in 2004, the series glimpses into the social life of Luke Walsall, one of those lads who never seems to make it to the front of the pack.

Key has performed at Kilkenny's Cat Laughs Festival and Montreal's Just for Laughs, among others. He is also a founding member of the four-man sketch troupe Cowards, which started off on the London, Edinburgh and regional live comedy circuits. Their BBC4 series was nominated for a Scottish BAFTA in the category for Best Entertainment Show.

On UK television, Key co-hosted the second series of the BBC game show "We Need Answers" alongside Mark Watson and Alex Horne. Key also appeared on Charlie Brooker's "Newswipe" and "Screenwipe," as well as BBC's "The Bubble," along with host David Mitchell and guests Katie Brand and Josie Long. As an actor, Key starred in "Drunk History: UK" and "Mid Morning Matters with Alan Partridge" and had a recurring role in the comedy "Together."

Key authored the book of poems "The Incomplete Tim Key."
