"Welcome to Myrtle Manor" on TLC is a reality series that follows the crazy antics at a trailer park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Each episode takes viewers along for a wild ride with these quirky mobile home residents with wildly different personalities as their lives collide in this proud, tight knit community.

Formerly Patrick's Mobile Home, Myrtle Manor has been handed down from generation to generation. The trailer park landlord Becky took over the reigns from her father and owner of

the park, Cecil, and is feeling the pressure to succeed. The recent name change and other improvements to the establishment- including a new hair salon and above ground swimming pool — are part of a larger effort to turn the mobile home community into a "5-star resort." A transient community, the residents of Myrtle Manor come from all walks of life — some have lived there for 30 years, others only 30 days and like the legions of tourists visiting Myrtle Beach, they treat everyday like a vacation. From wacky hijinks and relationship drama, to evictions and backyard brawls, there's never a dull moment inside the Manor. While at first glance it seems very different from the places most of us live, at its core, it's a neighborhood and although these colorful characters may argue, scream and fight, at the end of the day, they abide by trailer park law — you mess with one, you mess with the whole trailer park.

Season 2

For Season 2, the vibrant and offbeat mobile home residents are prepared for the best summer yet. But their plans shift gears when an intense rivalry erupts between Myrtle Manor and fellow trailer park, Village Creek, as each tries to one up the other in an effort to prove that they are the best trailer park in town. Manager Becky has her hands full as she goes head-to-head with longtime foe and Manager of Village Creek, Roxanne. Newlyweds Jared and Chelsey's marriage gets off to a rocky start and things get even more complicated when Chelsey gets baby fever. Amanda makes a move for the sexy new trailer park handyman, Brock; not to mention that Miss Peggy also has the hots for the 23-year-old new hire! Marvin attempts to take his relationship with Anne to the next level; and Bandit weasels his way back into Myrtle Manor, making life a living hell for Becky. Meanwhile, a mysterious new resident named Stephania moves into the park that has all the residents talking.

Season 3

This season, there's a baby on board! The series returns filled with plenty of juicy gossip, steamy romance, and more drama than any one park can handle.

Jared and Chelsey bring home their beautiful baby Bellamy, Amanda ruffles feathers with a new boyfriend, and a blast from the past returns to the park to stir things up. And while some faces may change at Myrtle Manor, the drama remains — from parenting struggles and relationship issues, to backyard brawls and park rivalry, there's never a dull moment inside the Manor.

Jared and Chelsey need to lean on their trailer park family as they navigate the choppy waters of rearing a child. Across the way, Amanda gives love another chance with a new man, but her neighbors are skeptical of his intentions. Myrtle Manor's arch nemesis Roxy has found an unlikely ally in Bandit, and wastes no time in making a power play. Hunky handyman Brock is still playing the field, and creates a tumultuous love triangle that includes a special visitor from season's past. Anne and Marvin appear to still be madly in love, but the future of their complicated relationship is completely unknown. And over at Tangulls, Roy and Gina don't see eye to eye when a feud threatens the future of Myrtle Manor's favorite salon.

And to top off all the excitement, the premiere episode introduces Rock this Trailer Park — a new theme song by up-and-coming artist Jelly Roll — that's a perfect match for the quirky Myrtle Manor residents and their crazy antics.

"Welcome to Myrtle Manor" is produced by The Weinstein Company and Jupiter Entertainment.
