"Zeke and Luther" (Disney XD TV show) is about 15-year-old Zeke and Luther, who are lifelong buddies determined to become world famous skateboarders. Zeke and Luther live in a mythical Northern California beach community called Pacific Terrace, where they can be found chilling in the sunny driveway out front, perfecting skateboard tricks in an alleyway behind a nearby mini-mall (dubbed "ramps plus"), or cruising down to the pier overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean on their primary mode of transportation, skateboards.
Quick to challenge the boys' claim to being the best skateboarders in the neighborhood is friend and foe Kojo, also 15. Kojo's got a big attitude and a big mouth, and takes great pleasure in taking Zeke and Luther down a peg whenever he can. Another thorn in their side is Ginger, Zeke's 12-year-old sister, who finds her brother's skateboarding dreams childish, to say the least.
Zeke is a born leader and the brains of the operation. In many ways an average kid, he's got a messy room and could be getting better grades, but when it comes to their skate boarding aspirations, Zeke is a taskmaster. The only thing that could possibly distract him from his training is the crush he has on his new neighbor from England, Olivia.
In sharp contrast to Zeke, Luther is the decidedly unconventional one of the pair. Kind-hearted, sensitive and easily distracted, Luther always looks to best friend Zeke to get them out of a jam. They have an enduring friendship.
